Airpress air treatment solutions
Air Treatment is the process in which air contaminants, moisture, and oil particles emitted by compressors are removed from compressed air. Various components are used to clean the air, such as water/oil separators, pre-filters (series P that trap contaminants up to 3μm and series R that trap particles down to 1μm), microfilters (series M for filtering solid particles down to 0.1μm). Fine microfilters, oil-removing (series S that filter particles down to 0.01μm and oil particles to a level of 0.01 mg/m3), and ultra-fine filtration with activated carbon filters (series A and series A2, where the maximum oil residue is less than 0.005 mg/m3). Depending on the required air purity level, these devices help remove contaminants through mechanical means by separating particles.

To prevent or eliminate moisture condensation in compressed air, refrigerant dryers with a pressure dew point of up to 3°C or adsorption dryers with a pressure dew point ranging from -25°C to even -70°C are used. These dryers prevent condensation freezing in installations exposed to low temperatures or ensure precise moisture removal in processes such as food processing and packaging.
We’ll Choose the Right System for Your Needs
Whether compressed air is used for workshops, paint shops, factories, CNC machines, plasma cutters, or other equipment, we will select the filtration system to ensure it does not negatively affect the processed product, painted surfaces, or expose your equipment to harmful contamination from the air. In addition to selecting the right filtration components, proper grading and installation of each component in the system are also crucial for optimal performance.
