Airpress Product Training

We are here for you!

For over 60 years, Airpress has been a manufacturer and distributor of professional pneumatic equipment. As a leader in the pneumatic industry, we have entered new markets and provide our customers across Europe with high-quality products.

We owe our position to a clear vision, a consistent development path, and strategic investments in technological innovations. But that’s not all—behind each of our successes are customers who trust the Airpress brand more and more, as well as distributors who support the sales of our products in their daily work.

Since we are fully aware of the community our business partners and consumers create with us, at Airpress, we focus on service quality and fair partnerships. We strive to ensure that our customers receive reliable information about the products they purchase.

We want to provide our distributors with the best possible tools to jointly raise customer service to the highest level. The key to success is excellent knowledge of the products and services offered to consumers. To responsibly recommend a product, you must not only know its technical specifications but also its functionality.

Free product training is also available for entrepreneurs who do not distribute Airpress products but use or plan to use our products in their workplace. A course, for example, may involve training employees on the correct use of equipment within the company. We are also open to the needs of other users of pneumatic equipment who want to expand their knowledge of Airpress products.

Most popular training topics

So far, the training topics have been diverse. In general, Airpress product training is individually developed to best match the needs of users looking to expand their knowledge. Among the recurring training topics, these are the most popular so far:

  • How do screw and piston compressors work? The key differences in functionality.
  • Construction and operation of refrigerant and adsorption dryers.
  • Is a piston compressor suitable for industry? Everything about the K series compressors.
  • Belt drive and direct drive - how do they work and what are their practical applications?
  • Inverter technology and its impact on energy consumption - all about the Airpress variable-speed screw compressor series.

In addition to theoretical aspects, as part of the product training, we also cover many practical topics related to the daily use of equipment, including:

  • How to correctly install an XXX compressor (product-specific tips)?
  • How to best maintain a compressor and/or pneumatic system?
  • Common causes of minor faults and how to fix them.
  • Estimating compressed air demand and planning a pneumatic system?
  • Hardware requirements for specific industries and/or types of operations.

At the request of customers, we also explain selected issues in pneumatics during training that facilitate understanding and evaluating the usability of individual devices. Among them, the most popular so far are:

  • Characteristics of compressed air: pressure, temperature, dew point, and other properties of air as a working medium.
  • Air filtration according to ISO 8573-1 guidelines.
  • Recap of general pneumatic concepts.

As you can see, the free Airpress training is not only a great tool for expanding sales competencies but also one of the elements of after-sales support for both business and individual customers of Airpress. For users of pneumatic equipment who are not yet part of our customer base, product training serves as a professional advisory service in selecting pneumatic equipment suited to their needs.

If you have specific questions about pneumatics, want to maximize the potential of your existing equipment, or are completely new to compressed air and want to understand how certain devices work, feel free to ask. We are here for you!
