The APS-X screw compressor series is equipped with single-stage screw blocks, two-stage screw modules, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and next-generation inverters. Operation is controlled via an advanced panel (MAM-860, MAM-6080, or MAM-6090), allowing for pressure regulation, voltage monitoring, discharge time settings, and high-temperature warnings. These compressors are optimized for engine power based on the screw module capacity, ensuring durability and resistance to damage.

The APS-X series features a direct-drive screw block, improving reliability and efficiency. Models range from 7.5HP/5.5kW to 120HP/90kW, with two-stage options available from 20HP/15kW upwards.

APS-X compressors are available as standalone units, tank-mounted versions, and tank-mounted models with an integrated refrigerated air dryer.

The APS Basic screw compressor series is ideal for small workshops and mid-sized production businesses. These units offer a compact design, simple operation via the MAM control panel, continuous operation capability, low noise and vibration levels, and an extensive performance range from 240 l/min to 1860 l/min. Equipped with an emergency switch and safety valve, these compressors prioritize user safety and easy maintenance.

APS Basic screw compressors are available in various configurations:

• Maximum working pressure options: 8 bar, 10 bar, or 13 bar
• Available with 200L or 500L air tanks

APS Basic screw compressors are offered as standalone units, models with pressure tanks, and versions with a tank and an integrated compressed air dryer.

The APS-D screw compressor series utilizes sealed cooling channels to recover waste heat, providing substantial energy savings. These compressors feature high-quality electric motors, oil-injected screw modules, automatic condensate drains, and two-stage filtration systems, making them one of the most sought-after models in their category.

APS-D compressors are equipped with the ES 4000 S control system, enabling energy-saving operation, real-time monitoring, and system adjustments.

APS-D models come as standalone units, tank-mounted versions, or tank-mounted models with an integrated compressed air dryer and pre- and post-filters.

APS BD and APS DD Series Compressors with Direct Drive

The APS BD and APS DD screw compressors are very similar to the APS B and APS D series. The key difference is that these compressors use direct drive, which ensures more efficient operation. Additional energy savings are achieved through a temperature-regulated cooling fan that activates only when necessary.

The APS BD and APS DD screw compressors are equipped with the ES 4000 Advanced control system, allowing real-time monitoring and efficient compressor operation.
